Anti-COVID restrictions including a 12-hour curfew came into effect in Zimbabwe's capital, Harare on Wednesday. The measures have been imposed in response to a recent spike in COVID-19 numbers.
People have been told to remain inside from 6 pm to 6 am. All non-working residents are required to stay at home, except for buying essential goods or seeking medical help.
Zimbabwe has registered 1,820 coronavirus cases and 26 deaths linked to the virus.
