At least 40 people were killed and scores injured in a suspected Saudi-led coalition airstrike in the southwestern Yemeni province of Taiz on Tuesday. The Saudi-led bombing campaign continues in Yemen along with US backing, with casualty figures exceeding 16,200 people since the beginning of the war in March 2015. The Saudi-led war is now in its third year, with human rights organisations repeatedly accusing the coalition of bombing civilian areas.
