Yemen: Queues snake around Sana’a gas stations as crisis steepens amid blockade

Hundreds of locals were seen queuing outside gas stations in Sana'a on Friday as gasoline and domestic gas disappeared from Sana'a's markets, due to the closure of Yemeni ports by the Saudi-led blockade. A resident of Sana'a complained of the deteriorating status quo, saying that due to the ongoing blockade, «unemployment rose, diseases spread, food has become scarce.» Earlier this week, the...
