The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said that a group of 128 Houthi prisoners of war arrived at the Sanaa International Airport on Thursday after being released by the Saudi-led coalition.
«Today is the biggest holiday as we receive our children who have been in captivity for five years after they joined the struggle for the land and today they were released,» said Umm Faisal... Еще, the mother of one of the prisoners.
Footage shows prisoners being greeted by family members at Sanaa airport, which operates only for the flights approved by the coalition.
«We welcome this step, and we have welcomed it, but this does not indicate that they are acting in a humanitarian way because they are still torturing [remaining] prisoners. They have to stop abusing prisoners,» said Mohammed Ali Al-Houthi, member of the Supreme Political Council of the Houthis.
