Dozens of cosplayers strutted their stuff at Russia's biggest annual event for videogamers and fantasy fans in Moscow on Friday. Fans inspired by movies, comics and book characters showed off their incredible costumes during a catwalk, before posing for photographs with the convention's visitors. The creative mind behind the concept of fairytale costumes, Katya Keller, said how pleased she was that Cosplay has opened its boundaries to include fairytale figures. «It is good that cosplay is becoming multifaceted and that fairy tales are not put in the last place here — Russian traditions on the whole — and costumes as well.» 'Back to the Future' star Christopher Lloyd is set fill the role of Comic Con's celebrity guest, alongside actress Stephanie Corneliussen and director Rutger Hauer. This year's festival is expected to break last year's record, when some 160 thousand people visited the event.
