Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido was welcomed with applause and cheers as he arrived to hold talks at the Metropolitan University in Caracas on Monday. While speaking there, Guaido criticised the current government, saying Venezuelan President Nicolas «Maduro doesn't protect anyone.» «The strength today is on the side of the future. The strength today is on the side of change. The... Еще strength today is on the side of the hope that was reborn in Venezuela to never ever die again. You, youngsters, have the force today,» Guaido added. Guaido went on to say that «without freedom of expression there is no counterweight. And that the respect to each citizen is essential.» The opposition leader was reportedly at the university to listen to proposals and ideas put forward by the students for the interim government.
