Venezuela: New attorney general sworn in as Constituent Assembly dismiss predecessor

Tarek William Saab was sworn in as Venezuela’s new attorney general during the first day of the newly elected National Constituent Assembly’s session in Caracas, Saturday, after the body removed Luisa Ortega Diaz from the post. Saab was sworn in by Constituent Assembly President Delcy Rodriguez, stating that his admin-istration would implement justice with dignity. During the National Assembly...
