Venezuela: Caracas malls reopen with security measures against COVID-19

Shopping malls in Caracas reopened with security measures against the coronavirus after Monday. Footage shows customers queuing at the entrance of Caracas' Sambil shopping centre, while workers measured each person's temperature before letting them enter. The use of disinfectant alcohol was also mandatory. According to reports, the maximum capacity allowed in shopping centre stores is 8 people per 100 meters. Venezuela has recorded a total of 2,978 cases of COVID-19 and 25 related deaths, according to data collected by Johns Hopkins University.
