Deontay Wilder and Dominic Breazeale faced off at a pre-fight press conference in New York on Friday, as tension builds before Saturday night's world title bout.
During the staredown, Wilder (40-1-0, 39KOs) talks non-stop in his opponents face, while Breazeale (20-1-0, 18KOs) smiles a few times and then calmly steps away.
In comment to the press, WBC world heavyweight champion Wilder said he... Еще wanted to «hurt» Breazeale.
«I come to bring the pain. I am going to make sure he feel it,» he added.
American Wilder has faced criticism for discussing killing an opponent during fight preparation.
Breazeale has largely dismissed the talk as hot air, and replied in kind.
«"I am Deontay Wilder's retirement plan. I am going to beat him so bad that's he not going to want to lace up the gloves again,» he told reporters.
The pair face off at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Saturday.
