USA: USS Kidd crew tested for COVID-19 after outbreak at sea

The Navy Hospital Corpsman tested guided-missile destroyer USS Kidd's crew for the coronavirus in San Diego as the ship had docked at the city's port due to the coronavirus outbreak onboard, as footage released on Tuesday shows. At least 64 out of 300 crew members were reported to have tested positive for COVID-19, making it the second US Navy vessel, after USS Theodore Roosevelt, exposed to the... Еще virus while at sea. The personnel from the Kidd will be isolated in San Diego and undergo daily medical screenings whilst those tested negative will be quarantined. According to data compiled by Johns Hopkins University, the US has registered 1,068,696 coronavirus cases with more than 62,906 deaths related to the virus.
