President of Argentina Mauricio Macri spoke in New York City, on Monday, to pay tribute to the victims of the New York City truck, which claimed the lives of five Argentinian friends. Macri stated, «They were here celebrating 30 years of having graduated, of sharing lives, of sharing dreams,» stressing, «Unfortunately five families have been left shattered by this incident. But this has to unite... An Uzbeki man Sayfullo Saipov is being held on federal terrorism charges, suspected of carrying out the attack, which killed eight people and injured 12 more.
