USA: Signed copy of «Mein Kampf» expected to fetch 20k USD at auction

World War II relics, including personal belongings of Nazi leaders Adof Hitler and Heinrich Himmler, were showcased at Alexander Historical Auctions house in Chesapeake City, in Maryland, Wednesday, ahead of being auctioned off on September 13 and 14. Among the items that will go on online sale there is an extremely rare signed copy of Adolf Hitler's work, ‘Mein Kampf’, which carries an... Consignment Specialist at Alexander Historical Auctions Andreas Kornfeld put on display also a pair of socks, a shirt, handkerchief and underwear belonging to Hitler, all monogrammed with his initials, as well as a pair of glasses belonging to Heinrich Himmler. Kornfeld said that the items are not going to be bought by Neo-Nazi supporters, but, rather, the material is «going to collectors, it's going to museums all over the United States and worldwide.» The clothing is expected to be sold for up to $5,000 (€4,193.8), meanwhile the book is expected to fetch between $15,000 (€12,581.6) and $20,000 (€16,775.5).
