Indiana mayor Pete Buttigieg held a grassroots fundraiser event in New York City on Monday, after officially launching his 2020 presidential campaign the day before.
Buttigieg, who is the first openly homosexual candidate to run for the presidency was welcomed on stage by his husband Chasten Buttigieg.

«This is not about the changes that we are going to bring. This is about the changes that are coming whether we are ready or not,» said Buttigieg.
If elected, the 37-year-old would become the youngest to hold the office.
