USA: Managers reflect on Mexico's World Cup warm-up draw with Wales

Mexico's national football team drew 0-0 with Wales in a World Cup warm-up game at Pasadena's Rose Bowl stadium, Monday. Coaches from both teams held press conferences after the match to analyse the game and to reflect on Mexico's performance ahead of the World Cup, where they play in Group F alongside Germany, South Korea and Sweden. Wales coach Ryan Giggs praised the opposition team saying... Еще, «I think Mexico is a very good team. A very good, attacking, organised team, who make you work, which they did tonight. I was not sure on how they were going to play because they are preparing for a World Cup and they have got a couple of injuries.» His Mexico counterpart, Juan Carlos Osorio, spoke about Wales' playing style and how it compares with Mexico's future opposition. «I think it was an interesting challenge for our team. They are a team that shows a clear style, the football is direct, very efficient. I think Mexico showed again that they can compete against that kind of play, probably like Sweden will exhibit.»
