USA: Kiluaea shoots ash cloud 3,000m into air

An explosion at the summit of the Kilauea volcano on Thursday produced an ash cloud that rose up to 3,048m (10,000ft) above sea level, footage released by the US Geological Survey shows. The Kilauea volcano erupted on May 3 and there is no indication yet as to when it might end. It is one of the most active volcanoes in the world and has been erupting continuously for more than 30 years, but not... Еще explosively.
