SOT, Donald Trump, President of the United States of America: «Until people come to their senses, we will build it up. Until people come to their senses. Russia has not adhered to the agreement. This should have been done years ago. Until people come to their senses, we have more money than anybody else, by far. We'll build it up until they come to their senses. When they do, then we'll all be... Еще smart and we'll all stop. And, by the way, not only stop, we'll reduce, which I would love to do, but right now they have not adhered to the agreement. « SOT, Journalist: «Is that a threat to Vladimir Putin?» SOT, Donald Trump, President of the United States of America: «It's a threat to whoever you want and it includes China and it includes Russia and it includes anybody else that wants to play that game. You can't do that. You can't play that game on me. Until people get smart. Until they get smart. They had not adhered to the spirit of that agreement or to the agreement itself. Russia, China’s not included to the agreement. They should be included in the agreement. Until they get smart, there will be nobody that’s going to be even close to us.» SOT, Journalist: «But have you talked to Putin about it?» SOT, Donald Trump, President of the United States of America: «No I have not, I have not. Thank you everybody.» US President Donald Trump said «it's a threat to whoever you want» when asked if his pledge to build up the US nuclear arsenal was a threat to Russian President Vladimir Putin in Washington DC on Monday. «It's a threat to whoever you want and it includes China and it includes Russia and it includes anybody else that wants to play that game. Trump confirmed on Saturday that the US is going to unilaterally withdraw from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, which was signed by former US President Ronald Reagan and Soviet General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev in 1987. The treaty banned both nuclear and conventional missiles with ranges between 500 and 1000 km (310-620 miles). Washington has accused Russia of violating the treaty.
