USA: Homeland Security Sec. defends immigration policy separating families

United States Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen defended her administration's new 'zero tolerance' immigration policy, which has resulted in the separation of immigrant families as they try to cross the southern border, at a press briefing in Washington D.C. on Monday. «We have a duty to protect the American people», stressed Nielsen, denying allegations of inhumane treatment...
