USA: Gunman used 'tactical approach' in shooting victims — Maryland Prosecutor on Annapolis attack

The suspect behind the Annapolis newsroom shooting deployed a «tactical approach» in shooting victims, Maryland Prosecutor stated when speaking to the press during a court hearing in Annapolis on Friday. According to Adams reported that the evidence suggests «a coordinated attack, the barricading of the backdoor and the use of a tactical approach in hunting down and shooting the innocent victims...
