USA: Gun control activists outside Supreme Court for Second Amendment case

Gun control activists held a rally outside the US Supreme Court in Washington DC on Monday, as justices prepare to debate gun law for the first time in nearly one decade. During the demonstration, Deb Glenn, an advocate for domestic violence victims, said she stood for «safety» and «women and children». The case centres on regulations banning firearm owners from transport their arms to... Еще habitations or shooting ranges outside New York City limits. Gun rights advocates, including US President Trump's administration claim the regulation violates the Second Amendment. Since the case was filed, the law was repealed. The US Supreme Court is set to hear arguments on whether to case should be heard and the constitutionality of the restriction, with a decision expected in June 2020.
