When asked about Trump’s announcement to relocate the embassy, Sanders noted that she will not go «ahead of the President's remarks that he'll make tomorrow. He did speak with a number of leaders this morning, and he's going to continue to have conversations with relevant stakeholders». Trump is expected to recognise Jerusalem as Israel's capital on Wednesday, paving the way for the relocation of the US embassy from Tel Aviv. Anticipation over the announcement comes after Trump failed to sign a waiver that would block the relocation during Monday's deadline, a move traditionally made by every US President since 1995.
