USA: DC rallies against racism outside White House

Hundreds rallied in front of the White House in Washington DC, Monday, to call for an end to racism and bigotry and to condemn acts of violence by white nationalist groups which took place in Charlottesville, Virginia over the weekend. Protesters, mostly young students from college and universities, spoke at the rally. «We're standing in front of the White House and, you know, we are all... Еще pissed off about how Trump responded. And that just proves our point. We didn't win in Charlottesville by appealing to the police. The police didn't do anything. We didn't win in Charlottesville by appealing to the President. The president didn't do anything,» said one of the protesters. The crowd later marched towards Trump International Hotel chanting anti-Trump slogans and carrying signs.
