Drone footage shows the clean-up operation of an oil spill from the Trans Mountain pipeline at the Sumas Pump Station in Abbotsford, on Monday.
Up to 190,000 litres (50 gallons) of crude spilled from the pipeline Saturday morning. The company resumed operations a day later. Investigations for the reasons behind the incident are underway.
According to reports, Trans Mountain have said a small piece of pipeline fitting caused the spill and that it occurred on their own facility.
According to Trans Mountain, the incident is not a danger to the public or the surrounding environment.
