Thousands of Venezuelans gathered in Doral, just outside Miami, on Wednesday to celebrate opposition leader Juan Guaido's declaration that he is now acting as the interim president of Venezuela. Venezuelan Congresswoman Sonia Medina, who was present at the celebrations, said: «Today freedom, truth, justice and peace begin to shine with the new legitimate president Juan Guaido.» As of 2016... Guaido, who is also the head of the National Assembly, declared Maduro's January 10 inauguration illegitimate, and swore himself in as Interim President of Venezuela.
