«The guy right there on the store, Blizzard, he discovered blood on the ground back of the truck so he made a phone call. So that's how it happened you know. I just know that these bodies have been carried out all month long. On body bags,» explained a neighbour at the scene where the unrefrigerated lorries were found.
An official investigation is underway and indictments for improper handling of human remains are expected as city and state officials helped transfer the bodies on refrigerated lorries provided by the city.
