US: Sanders meets supporters ahead of New Hampshire vote

The Democratic Party presidential candidate Bernie Sanders met his supporters in Derry, New Hampshire on Wednesday as the state was gearing up for the next in a series of presidential caucuses. «I think everybody who has assumed the mantle of the presidency understands that the job is to bring people together. We are all Americans. I do not care what your religion is. I don't care where your dad... Еще came from, I do not care about your sexual orientation — we are Americans, how do we work together to go forward to improve the lives of the American people,» said Sanders. Sanders attended the event before leaving for Washington DC to cast his vote in President Donald Trump's impeachment trial. The senator was running neck-in-neck with Pete Buttigieg after partial results of the Iowa caucuses were released.
