The Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Yemen Martin Griffiths addressed the UN Security Council on Monday via video-link to talk about the worsening conditions in Yemen despite the ceasefire struck in Hudaydah.
«Yemen bleeds,» said Griffiths as he went on to discuss the deteriorating humanitarian conditions in the war-torn country.

For his part, Permanent Representative of Yemen to the United Nations Abdullah Ali Fadhel Al-Saadi demanded that the UN exert more pressure on the Houthis «to implement the Stockholm Agreement,» the ceasefire struck between the warring Yemeni parties in December 2018 in Sweden.
