UK: WW2 truck could fetch £110,000

Cambridgeshire’s Imperial War Museum showed off the perfect condition of their World War Two truck, which was used to fight against Nazis in Europe, in Duxford on Tuesday. The 1943 model is expected to reach up to £110,000 pounds [€122,771] at an auction at the Imperial War Museum on Wednesday. The truck was built in America during WW2 and was sent to England ahead of D-Day, where it was then... Еще adopted by Polish troops, before later appearing in French Guyana with French forces. According to the owner of the truck, Micheal Frost, the significantly restored vehicle has attracted many potential buyers worldwide thanks to its extensive history, saying, «so many people look at them and they say, you know my grandfather and my father drove one of those during the war.»
