UK: Wayne Rooney banned from driving for two years after admitting DUI

Everton FC footballer Wayne Rooney left the Stockport Magistrates Court on Monday, after hearing on drunk-driving charges. Rooney pleaded guilty to exceeding the drink-drive limit and was subsequently banned from driving for two years. He's also ordered to perform 100 hours of community service. On his twitter account the 31-year-old former England and Manchester United captain issued statement... Еще apologising to the public for his crime. Rooney was stopped by police in Wilmslow, Cheshire, on September 1.
