UK: Police deems suspicious substance at Parliament 'not hazardous'

The Metropolitan Police deemed that a 'suspicious substance' that was found at the Norman Shaw building in Westminster, London on Monday was 'not hazardous.' Police cordoned the area but no evacuation was necessary. Two people were reportedly admitted to hospital as a precaution.
