SOT, Theresa May, UK Prime Minister: *TRANSCRIPTIONS TO FOLLOW*
UK Prime Minister Theresa May on Monday warned against Parliament voting down her Brexit deal, saying that it could lead to the UK leaving the EU with no deal or to there being no Brexit at all, speaking to Stoke-on-Trent factory workers.
«While no deal remains a serious risk, having observed events at Westminster over the last... Еще seven days, it is now my judgement that the more likely outcome is a paralysis in parliament that risks there being no Brexit,» she said.
«That makes it even more important that MPs consider very carefully how they will vote tomorrow night,» she added.
Stoke-on-Trent saw some of the strongest voting in favour of Brexit, with roughly 70-30 in support of Britain's withdrawal from the EU.
