Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola told a press conference in Manchester on Tuesday that playing against Manchester United at their home stadium Old Trafford is «not scary» any longer. Guardiola made the comment ahead of City’s Wednesday derby clash against United.
«I don't make theories about what happened in the past, it's going to happen for the future or tomorrow… every game is completely... Еще different,» said Guardiola when questioned about City’s strong recent performance at Old Trafford.
«The reason why is the fact this club [Manchester City] in the last decade grew a lot and that's why it's not scary to go there and play,» added Guardiola.
Manchester City has only conceded one match in seven at Old Trafford since February 2011.
Manchester City needs all the points it can get to keep up with Liverpool which is sitting on top of the Premier League table with two more points and one more game.
