Chelsea head coach Maurizio Sarri talked about his side's ambition on Wednesday, one day before the Europa League semi-final against Eintracht Frankfurt in London.
«The final target is to win the competition. Of course, our feeling is that we deserve to win a trophy. And so its a very important match. We have to play to win,» said Sarri.
The Italian coach, in charge since the beginning of this... Еще season, gave a brief glimpse into his future saying that «I like very much English football, the atmosphere in the stadiums. And so, if I can I want to stay here. My target is to stay in English football at the moment.»
In the first leg in Germany, Chelsea managed a 1-1 draw after Luka Jovic's 23rd minute strike was cancelled out by Pedro just before halftime.
With the Londoners having secured Champions League football next season, getting to the final in Baku will carry more weight for Eintracht who are only in the Bundesliga top four on goal difference.
