Cricket fans arrived at Lord's Cricket Ground in London, on Friday, for the 2019 Cricket World Cup match between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
«It's going to be a tough match, Bangladesh are doing well, but hopefully Pakistan will wedge it,» said a Pakistani fan who hoped for a good match despite his side's thin chance to qualify for the knockout stages of the World Cup.
A Bangladeshi cricket fan on... Еще the other hand expressed his dismay at the International Cricket Council (ICC) for ignoring the smaller teams.
«Our is a good one day cricket, they always ignore us the big three,» said the fan, adding that «I hope that after the World Cup, they will invite us. It's not only Bangladesh, some other countries as well.»
Pakistan must win the match by a substantial margin, in order to qualify for the knockout stages of the World Cup, as a win would put Pakistan with 11 points, joint alongside New Zealand, that currently have a much higher net run rate than Pakistan.
