Former England footballer Paul 'Gazza' Gascoigne appeared at the Teesside Crown Court in Middlesbrough on Tuesday, where he again pleaded not guilty to sexual assault.
During the 10-minute plea and trial preparation hearing, Gascoigne was reportedly asked to be quiet by the Recorder of Middlesbrough, Judge Simon Bourne-Arton.
Gascoigne stands accused of intentionally touching a woman aged over... Еще 16 without her consent when he was travelling on a train between York and Newcastle on August 20.
He is alleged to have kissed the woman but the former Newcastle, Everton and Tottenham player claimed he had intervened to comfort her after she had been called a 'fat cow.'
Gascoigne has had well-documented struggles with alcohol abuse, poor mental health and erratic behaviour in the past.
