A new commemorative coin has been unveiled by the UK's Royal Mint to mark Britain's departure from the European Union.
Production of the coin was seen at a plant in Llantrisant, South Wales, in footage released by the Royal Mint on January 31.
The new 50 pence coin reads: 'Peace, prosperity and friendship with all nations. 31 January 2020.' Ten million 50p coins with the inscription will enter... Еще into general circulation on January 31, the Royal Mint says.
Uncirculated gold and silver editions will also be made available at a cost of £945 (€1,122; $1,238) and £60 (€71;$79) respectively.
