At 100 years old, Berlin's Leopold Kuchwalek may just be the world's oldest swimming instructor. He showed his moves while teaching a class of youngsters in the German capital, on Friday. Having spent the past 85 years in and out of the water, working as a lifeguard and an instructor, Leo has been swimming for generations and he doesn't look like he's stopping anytime soon. Leo originally... Еще started to give volunteer swimming lessons for the German Red Cross in the city's Zehlendorf district over three decades ago and he still loves to teach local children how to swim. «What I am doing here brings me a lot of fun, joy. The children are very close to my heart as I don't have grandchildren myself,» Leo said. Leo pops down to the pool twice a week to help out and prides himself on making the kids feel at ease in the water. «There are children that are a little bit afraid of the water because they don't know what to expect. And we take away that fear,» he explained.
