Spain: Protesters denounce government's management in front of Pablo Iglesias' house

Dozens of demonstrators gathered in the Madrid municipality of Galapagar, on Monday, to protest outside the house shared by Podemos party leader Pablo Iglesias and Irene Montero, both government ministers led by socialist Pedro Sanchez. The group of demonstrators, most of them carrying Spanish flags, can be seen hitting pots and pans to protest against the management of the coronavirus crisis by... Еще the Spanish government. Agents of the Guardia Civil remained in the place monitoring the demonstration. «Obviously we are protesting against this individual [Pablo Iglesias], against his management and for the government in general. Because we are victims of a bad government, of [its] repression, and this cannot be. We don't want to allow it,» said Alberto, one of the protesters. Similar protests against the government of Pedro Sanchez have been taking place for days, as the country has begun to adopt measures to ease confinement restrictions put in place to prevent the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
