Spain: Nine people dead in Mallorca after flash flooding

Torrential rainstorms caused flash flooding that left at least nine people dead in and around the town of Sant Llorenc on the Spanish island of Mallorca, on Tuesday night. Spanish officials confirmed that they are sending 300 rescue workers to cope with the aftermath, with recovery work already having gotten underway.
