Spain: Mallorca and Barcelona buses arrive at stadium as La Liga restarts behind closed doors

Buses transporting the teams of FC Barcelona and RCD Mallorca, were filmed arriving at the Son Moix stadium in Palma de Mallorca, Saturday, as the Spanish La Liga picked up where it left off on March 12, due to the coronavirus outbreak. Despite the match being played behind closed doors due to ongoing coronavirus restrictions, hundreds of RCD Mallorca fans gathered outside the stadium to cheer as the team bus arrived. «The youth need football; all of Spain as well,» said one RCD Mallorca fan. «We need football because there is only negative news [surrounding us]. And football brings some energy to people.» FC Barcelona went on to win the match 0:4, with goals from Arturo Vidal, Martin Braithwaite, Jordi Alba, and Lionel Messi.
