Spain: Madrid shuts down three institutions linked to Catalan self-government

The Council of Ministers of Spain dismissed territorial delegates of the Catalan Government and dissolved three bodies linked to the Advisory Council for the National Transition, an institution which was promoting Catalan independence, as announced by Spanish government chief representative Enric Millo in a press conference in Barcelona on Tuesday. Еще commented on deposed Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont’s press conference earlier in the day, pointing out that Puigdemont recognises the country's regional elections, which will be held on December 21. Millo added that all parties will be able to participate in the elections.
