Ultras of the Catalan FC Barcelona have gathered outside the Camp Nou stadium on Wednesday to ahead of the derby clash with Espanyol, which was played behind closed doors due to coronavirus.
The fans could be seen crowding outside the stadium, chanting and lighting torches, while only a few of them could be seen wearing face masks.
In a bid to counter the spread of the coronavirus pandemic, the attendance of fans at football matches was prohibited by the authorities.
Espanyol lost their all-or-nothing game against their rival, leading to their relegation from the La Liga to the second division for the first time since 1994.
With this win, FC Barcelona kept the heat in the title race, as they were placed second a point behind their competitor Real Madrid.
