Spain: Catalan govt guarantees referendum will go ahead despite Madrid's condemnation

Government of Catalonia spokesperson and Minister of the Presidency Jordi Turull, guaranteed that Sunday's referendum will go ahead even if the Spanish government condemns it, during a press conference held in Barcelona on Friday, only two days before the Catalonian referendum. Catalan Vice President Oriol Junqueras affirmed that there will be «alternatives» in case the Spanish government...
