The banging of pots and pans could be heard all over Barcelona on Monday night after a national judge issued an unconditional prison warrant for two Catalan leaders on suspicion of sedition. During the October 1st referendum, the Catalan regional police force Mossos d'Esquadra, failed to comply with the government’s orders to stop the voting process.
