South Korea: President Moon vows strong measures against N. Korea following latest ICBM missile

South Korean President Moon Jae-in condemned the latest missile launch carried out by North Korea and vowed to increase pressure on Pyongyang. His statement came during an emergency meeting of the National Security Council in Seoul, in the early hours of Wednesday.
