South Africa: 'This is unprecedented' — President Ramaphosa on three-week lockdown due to coronavirus pandemic

South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa commented on the «unprecedented» situation in the history of the country to go out and «wage war» on «an invisible enemy,» referring to the coronavirus, in Johannesburg, Thursday.
