Rwanda: 'Africa an important base of support' for emerging multipolar world — Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov held bilateral talks with his Rwandan counterpart Louise Mushikiwabo in Kigali on Sunday. Lavrov stated that Africa is an “important base of support for the multipolar system,” as is emerging to “replace a unipolar and bipolar world.” He also mentioned that UN Security Council reform “needs the correction of injustice towards developing countries...
