They stopped correlating their own understanding of how the world should be constituted with the real situation in the world” he said. The US House of Representatives voted to push through new package of sanctions against Russia in Washington DC on Tuesday 419 votes to 3. The bill must now pass through the Senate before being signed off on by US President Donald Trump.
