Russia: Rosneft president to testify against former Russian economy minister

President of the Russian oil giant Rosneft, Igor Sechin, has stated that he will deliver evidence against the former Russian Economic Development Minister Alexei Ulyukayev «as soon as we can agree on the schedule,» in Moscow on Thursday.
