Rescue operations at the site of the apartment building collapse in Magnitogorsk has come to a close, footage filmed on Thursday shows.
«We have completed the rescue and research operations. It is now entering the engineering and construction stage. The Russian EMERCOM will stop its operation at this point,» stated Alexander Chuprian, 1st Deputy EMERCOM Minister of Russia.

At about 06:00 local time (01:00 GMT) on Monday, an entire section of a 10-storey tower block in Magnitogorsk collapsed, causing dozens to be trapped under debris in freezing conditions.
According to EMERCOM, 39 people, including six children, have been confirmed dead.
A total of 38 out of 39 bodies discovered have been identified.
