A joint delegation of FIFA experts and Russian Local Organising Committee (LOC) arrived at Yekaterinburg Arena in visit to examine the facility ahead of FIFA World Cup 2018, Wednesday. Head of LOC Aleksei Sorokin stated that «we observe good and high dynamics», adding that Yekaterinburg «already has an excellent airport, enough of hotels, we see that works on city improvement are in full swing... There are almost 70 experts from FIFA, LOC, security services and development companies, conducting the inspection. Within two weeks they will check all the stadiums that were not in use during Confederations Cup 2017. During FIFA World Cup, that will take place in Russia form June 14 until July 15, 2018, Yekaterinburg Arena will host four matches of the group stage.
